From the North (Using Rt 18 South):
Take Rt 18 S; immediately after the "Raceway" gas station, make a right turn onto Cranbury Road (Rt 535 South ["to Cranbury"]). Bear left at the cemetery to continue on Cranbury Rd. Proceed a total 2.2 miles from Rt 18 to the office building, which is on the right side, between Henle Dr. and Lexington Ave., 561 the Surgicenter Building.

From the North (Using Rt 1 South):
Take Rt 1 S to Ryders Lane South (Rt 617 South ["to Milltown/East Brunswick"]). Proceed approx 3 miles, make right turn onto Cranbury Rd. Proceed 0.5 miles to the office building, which is on the right side, between Henle Dr. and Lexington Ave., 561 Cranbury Rd the Surgicenter.

From the South (Using Rt 18 North):
Take Rt 18 North, make a left turn onto Rues Lane (Rt 617 North). This is a jug-handle turn that is made from the right lane. Proceed 2 miles on Rues Lane, make a left onto Cranbury Rd (Rt 535 South). Proceed 0.5 miles to the office building, which is on the right side, between Henle Dr. and Lexington Ave., 561 Cranbury Rd the Surgicenter.

From the South (Using Rt 1 North):
Take Rt 1 North. Make a right turn at Rt 522E; proceed for 2.5 miles, then turn Right to continue on the second Ridge Rd. Proceed 4 miles on Ridge Rd; turn left onto Cranbury Rd (Rt 535 North). You will pass the office building on the left side (approx 4 miles), and must make a U-turn after Henle Dr. After the U-turn, the office building will be located on the right side, between Henle Dr. and Lexington Ave., 561 Cranbury Rd surgicenter.
